Hello fellow Falcons!
Summer conditioning will take place two times per week, on Tuesday and Thursday, from 7:00pm - 8:15pm starting June 8th. Meet by the gate at the south end of the track at Heights Stadium.
You will need to bring the following items with you to every conditioning:
- Filled water bottle
- Running shoes
- Workout clothes
- Cell phone
- Running watch (optional, but recommended)
- Mask
